25年工龄如何计算

工龄的计算在《劳动合同法》施行前后其实并没有太大的改变，从实际入职时起算、至离职时结束。 但在新的《劳动合同法》下，特别值得注意一点：即当劳动者非因本人原因从原单位被安排到新单位工作的，原单位的工龄应当合并计算到新单位的工龄之中。
