释义	在拘留所期间不会强制要求剪头发,但是为了卫生都会剪成短发。拘留一般分为行政拘留、刑事拘留和司法拘留。行政拘留期间一般不会要求剪发,但是刑事拘留和司法拘留一般针对的都是重大嫌疑人,一般会要求理发。法律依据：《罪犯改造行为规范》第二十一条除一个月内出监的罪犯外，一律留寸发或光头，不准留胡须、长指甲；除有特殊生活习惯的少数民族罪犯外，女犯一律留齐耳短发，不得过颈，不准烫发、染发、戴假发、涂指甲、抹口红、戴首饰等。
