释义	法律分析：借条过了诉讼时效；未写明借款事由；没有资金支付凭证；这三种借条没有法律保护，借钱要写清楚借钱的目的，不要和无民事行为能力人，还有借款人是受威胁，受胁迫，非出于自己真实意愿而写下的借条，这些借条也不受法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
