债券偿还方法都有什么 |

(一)到期偿还、期中偿还和展期偿还
到期偿还也叫满期偿还，是指按发行债券时规章的还本时间，在债券到期时一次全部偿还本金的偿债方法，期中偿还也叫中途偿还，是指在债券最终到期日之前，偿还部分或全部本金的偿债方法，展期偿还是指在债券期满后又延长原规章的还本付息日期的偿债方法。
(二)部分偿还和全额偿还
部分偿还是指从债券发行日起，经过一定宽限期后，按发行额的一定比例，陆续偿还，到债券期满时全部还清。全额偿还是指在债券到期之前，偿还全部本金。
(三)定时偿还和随时偿还
定时偿还亦称定期偿还，它指债券发行后待宽限期过后，分次在规章的日期，按一定的偿还率偿还本金，随时偿还也称任意偿还，是指债券发行后待宽限期过后，发行人可以自由决定偿还时间，任意偿还债券的一部分或全部。
(四)抽签偿还和买入注销
抽签偿还是指在期满前偿还一部分债券时，通过抽签方法决定应偿还债券的号码，买入注销是指债券发行人在债券未到期前按照市场价格从二级市场中购回自己发行的债券而注销债务。

《中华人民共和国公司法》 第一百六十一条 可转换公司债券的发行，上市公司经股东大会决议可以发行可转换为股票的公司债券，并在公司债券募集办法中规章具体的转换办法。上市公司发行可转换为股票的公司债券，应当报国务院证券监督管理机构核准。 发行可转换为股票的公司债券，应当在债券上标明可转换公司债券字样，并在公司债券存根簿上载明可转换公司债券的数额。
