释义	法律分析：国家法定的婚假天数为3天，自2016年6月起，已经有29个省取消了原有的晚婚假，其中有11个省已经删除了有关晚婚假的条例，与国家的规定保持一致，统一按照三天法定婚假实施，已删除的省份有：湖北省、广东省、湖北省、四川省、浙江省、江西省、宁夏回族自治区、广西省、安徽省、湖南省、天津省、山东省。法律依据：《关于国营企业职工请婚丧假和路程假问题的通知》第一条职工本人结婚或职工的直系亲属（父母、配偶和子女）死亡时，可以根据具体情况，由本单位行政领导批准，酌情给予一至三天的婚丧假。
