被上市公司收购，原公司解散，实现间接的上市。被上市公司收购成为子公司，子公司具有独立的法人资格，不能上市。上市公司是指所发行的股票经过国务院或者国务院授权的证券管理部门批准在证券交易所上市交易的股份有限公司。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百七十二条公司合并可以采取吸收合并或者新设合并。一个公司吸收其他公司为吸收合并，被吸收的公司解散。两个以上公司合并设立一个新的公司为新设合并，合并各方解散。
