依据我国民法典的规定，进行二手房交易时房屋已经过户的，如果房屋买卖合同是因重大误解订立的、在订立合同时显失公平等情形时，可以申请撤销。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百五十一条 一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
