释义	没有违法纪律不会被取消。但是可以通过辞职取消。医院编制内辞职和普通劳动者是一样的，只需要提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。医院在编人员，主动提出离职是没有经济补偿的。在离职后，原单位会停止其社保，和其他正常离职的是一样的。如果是单位对员工有培训的话，在劳动合同期未满离职会要求赔偿违约金。法律依据:《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
