释义	法律分析: 如果车辆在红灯时只是刚刚越过停止线，但立即停住了，这种闯红灯不会进行处罚，要是过线后还有明显的位置移动，就要被处罚。电子眼拍摄闯红灯的三张照片为：车辆驶过停止线，随后两张是车辆驶到路口中间以及到达对面路口。只有当这三张照片齐备时，才会被认定为闯红灯，在新规中扣6分。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
