小孩坐火车需要身份证吗 |

法律分析：不需要，1、儿童火车票的取票证件有三种，一是儿童本人的有效身份证件，二是与儿童同行的成年人有效身份证件，三是记录儿童身份证号码的户口本。
2、家长在火车票网上订票官网购买儿童火车票，如果儿童有二代居民身份证，家长可以直接使用儿童的身份证购买儿童火车票，如果儿童没有办理身份证，家长可以使用自己的身份证给儿童购买火车票。如果购买的儿童火车票在进出站时可以使用二代居民身份证通过自动检票机检票进出闸门，那么家长可以免去再取火车票的手续。
3、如果火车站不具备自动检票机，家长需要在乘车前到售票窗口换取纸质车票。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第十八条 18周岁以上的公民是成年人，具有完全民事行为能力，可以独立进行民事活动，是完全民事行为能力人。16周岁以上不满18周岁的公民，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。
10周岁以上的未成年人是限制民事行为能力人，可以进行与他的年龄、智力相适应的民事活动；其他民事活动由他的法定代理人，或者征得他的法定代理人的同意。不满10周岁的未成年人是无民事行为能力人，由他的法定代理人代理民事活动。
