股权是可以被分割继承么
释义
只要公司章程未对此作出限制性规定，股权既然能够被继承，理所当然应当可以被分割。需要注意的是，对于股权的分割继承不能导致公司股东人数超出法定上限。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国公司法》 第七十五条 自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格是，公司章程另有规定的除外。
