释义	股东和股民的区别介绍股民不是股东，二者的区别：股民指从事股票交易的个人投资者。股东是股份公司或有限责任公司中持有股份的人，有权出席股东大会并有表决权，也指其他合资经营的工商企业的投资者。股东法律地位： 1.股东与公司的关系上，股东作为出资者按其出资数额(股东另有约定的除外)，享有所有者的分享收益、重大决策和选择管理者等权利。 2.股东之间关系上，股东地位一律平等，原则上同股同权、同股同利，但公司章程可做其他约定。
