释义	法律分析：因税务机关责任，致使纳税人少缴税款的，税务机关在3年内可以要求纳税人补缴税款，但不得加收滞纳金。因纳税人失误少缴税款的，税务机关在3年内可以追征税款和滞纳金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第六十五条纳税人欠缴应纳税款，采取转移或者隐匿财产的手段，妨碍税务机关追缴欠缴的税款的，由税务机关追缴欠缴的税款、滞纳金，并处欠缴税款百分之五十以上五倍以下的罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
