合同只有复印件可以打官司么

合同只有复印件可以打官司。合同原件丢失后，只有复印件也是可以向法院起诉的。但是因为法院无法核对合同原件，所以复印件不可以单独作为定案依据。在对方不认可合同复印件真实性的情况下，当事人必须要用其他证据来佐证。可以证明双方之间存在合同关系的所有证据，都可以用来和复印件相互佐证。

第七十三条 书证应当提交原件。物证应当提交原物。提交原件或者原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。
