户口本可以单独把自己分出来吗 |

可以。
1、家庭户立户：符合当地落户条件，并依法拥有私有住宅房屋所有权或房管部门直管住房等公有住房使用权，以家庭关系为主共同居住生活或单身居住在该套住房，需在该房屋所在地址立户的公民。
2、居住在非住宅用房和违法违章建造房屋的，不予立户。家庭户户主一般由户内拥有本住房所有权或使用权的人担任。未成年人或限制民事行为能力的人一般不能担任户主。
3、符合当地落户条件或已在当地落集体户的公民（非大中专院校落集体户口的学生），需落为家庭户但又不符合家庭户单独立户条件的，经同一设区市市辖区、县级市市区、建制镇（乡、街道）范围内的同一户口性质亲友家庭户户主同意，可将户口挂靠在该家庭户上。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第五条 户口登记以户为单位。同主管人共同居住一处的立为一户，以主管人为户主。单身居住的自立一户，以本人为户主。居住在机关、团体、学校、企业、事业等单位内部和公共宿舍的户口共立一户或者分别立户。户主负责按照本条例的规定申报户口登记。
