释义	法律分析：证明力是证据的自然属性，取决于证据与待证事实之间的逻辑关系；证据能力是法律属性，取决于证据是否被法律许可用来作为待证事实的依据。因而证据能力由法律事先规定;证明力主要由法官在诉讼中判断。证据能力是“质”，是法定的门槛；证明力是“量”，是法官裁量的刻度表。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第六十六条审判人员对案件的全部证据，应当从各证据与案件事实的关联程度、各证据之间的联系等方面进行综合审查判断。
