| 释义 |
计算公式为：职工平均工资=报告期实际支付的全部职工工资总额/报告期全部职工平均人数。平均工资，是一项反映工资总体水平的指标，指企业、事业、机关单位的职工在一定时期内平均每人所得的货币工资额。它不同于每一个人的具体工资水平。
一、实行计件工资制的工种或单位应具备一定的条件：
1.能准确计量产品数量；
2.有明确的质量标准，并能准确检验；
3.产品的数量和质量主要取决于工人的主观努力；
4.具有先进合理的劳动定额和较健全的原始记录；
5.生产任务饱满，原材料、燃料、动力供应和产品销路正常，并需要鼓励其增加产量。
二、在劳动者提供正常劳动的情况下，用人单位支付给劳动者的工资在剔除下列各项以后，不得低于当地最低工资标准：
1.延长工作时间的工资；
2.中班、夜班、高温、低温、井下、有毒有害等特殊工作环境、条件下的津贴；
3.法律、法规和国家规定的劳动者福利待遇等。
法律依据：《工资支付暂行条例》 第四条 工资支付主要包括：工资支付项目、工资支付水平、工资支付形式、工资支付对象、工资支付时间以及特殊情况下的工资支付。
