法律分析：湖北省武汉市新洲区土地共分为三类：
一类区片区片范围：阳逻街。
补偿标准：耕地：44100元/亩；菜地：48510元/亩；果园：48510元/亩；茶园：48510元/亩；精养鱼池：48510元/亩；林地：35280元/亩；未利用地：22050元/亩。
二类区片区片范围：仓埠街、汪集街、邾城街、双柳街、**湖农场、龙王咀农场。
补偿标准：耕地：40740元/亩；菜地：44814元/亩；果园：44814元/亩；茶园：44814元/亩；精养鱼池：44814元/亩；林地：32592元/亩；未利用地：20370元/亩。
三类区片区片范围：李集街、凤凰街、三店街、辛冲镇、道观河风景旅游区。
补偿标准：耕地：37380元/亩；菜地：41118元/亩；果园：41118元/亩；茶园：41118元/亩；精养鱼池：41118元/亩；林地：29904元/亩；未利用地：18690元/亩。
四类区片区片范围：潘塘街、徐古镇、旧街街。
补偿标准：耕地：34020元/亩；菜地：37422元/亩；果园：37422元/亩；茶园：37422元/亩；精养鱼池：37422元/亩；林地：27216元/亩；未利用地：17010元/亩。
即明征地拆迁律师团提醒各位被征收人：
以上补偿标准仅包含土地补偿费、安置补助费，不包含被征收土地青苗及地上附着物补偿费用，青苗及地上附着物补偿费按照武汉市人民政府规定执行。
该标准为保护性标准，根据国家征地相关立法精神，征收农民土地补偿，以被征地农民生活水平不降低为宜，其次，因对土地利用较好，而使土地年产值远高于区委平均产值的，如在土地上种植经济作物，利用农用地开展特殊种植、养殖业，应当根据实际情况获得更高补偿。
若政府公布新的补偿文件，以政府文件为准。
