释义	法律分析: 其实就是在宝宝们海淘的网站或者是转运公司把一部分的关税给“报销”了，有的补贴力度大的就不用自己再交关税，如果是补贴力度小的，自己只需要再交一小部分关税即可，这就是所说的“关税补贴”。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》第二十条进出口货物配额、关税配额，由国务院对外贸易主管部门或者国务院其他有关部门在各自的职责范围内，按照公开、公平、公正和效益的原则进行分配。具体办法由国务院规定。
