释义	法律分析：公司可以入伙合伙企业。有限公司之间可以成为有限合伙企业;但能否成为普通合伙企业分为以下两种情况:一、成立普通合伙企业必须至少有一个承担无限连带责任的普通合伙人，如果已经有普通合伙人，则有限公司可以入伙成为普通合同企业。二、如果仅仅只有有限公司，其不能对外承担无限连带责任，故不能组成普通合伙企业。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第三条国有独资公司、国有企业、上市公司以及公益性的事业单位、社会团体不得成为普通合伙人。
