释义	运输合同纠纷的管辖法院是运输始发地、目的地或者被告住所地人民法院。上述3个地方各人民法院对这类运输合同纠纷都有管辖权，当事人到任何一个法院起诉都可以。有管辖权的人民法院不得无故推托，应当依法受理。对两个以上有管辖权的人民法院，当事人只能选择其中一个法院起诉，由最先受理的人民法院审理。法律依据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二十七条运输合同纠纷管辖。因铁路、公路、水上、航空运输和联合运输合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由运输始发地、目的地或者被告住所地人民法院管辖。
