释义	法律分析：实际中，家庭成员之间偶尔的打闹、争吵，未给对方造成人身自由、身心健康等方面的侵害，属于一般的争吵，不构成家庭暴力。反之，只要给受害人的身体、精神造成了一定的伤害后果，即会被认定为家暴。所以，只是偶尔或经常性地遭受家庭暴力，不是构成家暴需要具备的条件之一，所以不影响家暴的认定。法律依据：《反家暴法》第二条本法所称家庭暴力，是指家庭成员之间以殴打、捆绑、残害、限制人身自由以及经常性谩骂、恐吓等方式实施的身体、精神等侵害行为。
