释义	法律分析：不可以，一方个人债务，法院有权利执行共同财产中欠债一方的份额。另外，必要的居住场所可以查封，不能拍卖的。法律依据：《最高人民法院＜关于人民法院民事执行中查封、扣押、冻结财产＞的规定》第十四条对被执行人与其他人共有的财产，人民法院可以查封、扣押、冻结，并及时通知共有人。共有人协议分割共有财产，并经债权人认可的，人民法院可以认定有效。查封、扣押、冻结的效力及于协议分割后被执行人享有份额内的财产;对其他共有人享有份额内的财产的查封、扣押、冻结，人民法院应当裁定予以解除。
