法律分析：
学校组织的集体实习是算入学分的，如果不参加，拿不到实习所在公司的签字盖章和你在公司的表现情况，是拿不到学分的，毕业设计也会有所影响；当然，如果家里有关系，或者能够从其他公司拿到这些需要的文件，应该是无关系的。不过还是建议参加一下这种集体性的实习，不但能够增加工作实践经验，还能够和同窗好友一起工作，加深同学之间的友谊。
法律依据：
《中等职业学校学生实习管理办法》 第五条 组织安排学生实习，要严格遵守国家有关法律法规，为学生实习提供必要的实习条件和安全健康的实习劳动环境。不得安排一年级学生到企业等单位顶岗实习。同时，不得安排学生每天顶岗实习超过8小时。此外，实习单位应向实习学生支付合理的实习报酬。学校和实习单位不得扣发或拖欠学生的实习报酬。如果在实践过程中，出现强制加班等违反法律法规规定的情况，学生有权拒绝。扩展资料： 签到实习协议应注意的问题1、实习期内工作时间的约定，可约定每日不超过8小时，如确因特殊情况超过8小时的，应约定相应的加班时间和报酬
