问题	多重买卖合同的效力
释义	出卖人就同一标的物订立多重买卖合同，合同均不具有《民法典》规定的无效情形，买受人因不能按照合同约定取得标的物所有权，请求追究出卖人违约责任的，人民法院应予支持。据此，在一物多重买卖的情况下，只要每个买卖合同都不具有《民法典》规定的无效情形，则数个买卖合同均是有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条，违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
