释义	法律分析：公租房不可以偷偷租出去，除此之外承租家庭禁止的行为还包括：1、将承租住房转租、转借；2、擅自改变承租住房居住用途；3、连续6个月以上未在承租住房内居住；4、连续3个月以上未按期交纳租金。法律依据：根据《公共租赁住房管理办法》第16条规定，本地及外来人员均可申请公共租赁住房，无正当理由连续6个月闲置公租房的应当退回，违法违规转租公租房者，不但会被强制收回房屋，更需要缴纳违法所得3倍以下、不高于3万元的罚款。拒不退回的，住房保障主管部门可以依法申请人民法院强制执行。
