释义	法律分析：私企没有权利罚款。但是如果因为劳动者的过错给公司造成了实际损失，那么用人单位是可以要求劳动者进行赔偿的。因为私企只是民营企业中的一种，属于经济组织，并不具备执法权。一般情况下，私企并没有罚款的权利。即使私企可以要求劳动者赔偿损失，那也只能叫作赔偿，也不能叫作罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
