释义	依据我国相关法律的规定，非正式工与用人单位建立劳动关系的，劳动者可以提前30天通知用人单位，30天后解除劳动合同，如果是非全日制用工的，可以随时通知对方终止用工。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第七十一条非全日制用工双方当事人任何一方都可以随时通知对方终止用工。终止用工，用人单位不向劳动者支付经济补偿。
