法院周末能起诉吗 |

不能。每周双休日以及节假日，人民法院包括立案大厅的工作人员都正常放假。放假期间，法院有人在岗值班，处理紧急情况，但不处理正常的业务。自然，要是在周末去法院起诉的话，虽然可以，但实际因为法院并不办公，最终也无法受理案件。
一、人民法院，正常情况下，周一至周五上班：
1、工作日，一般工作时间为：上午9点—12点;下午14点—17点半。
2、工作日，人民法院立案大厅工作人员受理各类民事、行政、刑事案件;
3、双休日、节假日人民法院放假，放假期间有人在岗值班，处理紧急情况。
二、债务纠纷法院诉讼流程：
1、原告向有管辖权的法院立案庭递交诉状；
2、符合立案条件，通知当事人7日内交诉讼费，交费后予以立案；
3、法院提前3日通知当事人开庭时间、地点、承办人；
4、宣布开庭，核对当事人身份，宣布合议庭成员，告知当事人权利义务，询问是否申请回避，进行审理；
5、宣判。
法律依据：《国务院关于职工工作时间的规定》 第七条 国家机关、事业单位实行统一的工作时间，星期六和星期日为周休息日。 企业和不能实行前款规定的统一工作时间的事业单位，可以根据实际情况灵活安排周休息日。
