释义	法律分析：看具体情况定：一、托运人、收货人不支付运费、货物的保管费用或其它费用的，承运人对于货物享有留置权，可以扣货。二、如果承运人、收货人及托运人对于不支付货物保管费用或运费及其它费用的处理方法另有约定，承运人就不能扣留货物。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百一十二条债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的实现抵押权的情形，致使抵押财产被人民法院依法扣押的，自扣押之日起，抵押权人有权收取该抵押财产的天然孳息或者法定孳息，但是抵押权人未通知应当清偿法定孳息义务人的除外。
