释义	法律分析：丧假遇到法定节假日是不顺延的。职工的直系亲属(父母、配偶和子女)死亡时，可根据具体情况，由本单位行政领导批准，酌情给予一至三天的丧假;职工在外地的直系亲属死亡时需要职工本人去外地料理丧事的，都可以根据路程远近，另给予路程假;在批准的婚丧假和路程假期间，职工的工资照发;途中的车船费等，全部由职工自理。法律依据：《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》第六条全体公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，应当在工作日补假。部分公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，则不补假。
