释义	法律分析: 企业经营状态注销是指：企业已不复存在，丧失法人资格，不能再与他人合作了。注销，自觉进行公司注销流程，使企业彻底退出市场。若公司处于吊销状态一直不理的话，那么再次注册公司的时候，必须要走完上一公司的注销流程，清算债务，补交罚款才可，否则不可再次注册公司。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十八条公司清算结束后，清算组应当制作清算报告，报股东会、股东大会或者人民法院确认，并报送公司登记机关，申请注销公司登记，公告公司终止。
