合同没有到期辞职给违约金吗
释义
只有单位提供了专项培训费和专业技术培训的情况下才支付违约金。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第二十二条规定,用人单位为劳动者提供专项培训费用,对其进行专业技术培训的,可以与该劳动者订立协议,约定服务期。如果劳动者违反服务期约定的,又不存在《劳动合同法实施条例》二十六条规定的法定免除违约金的情形,应当按照约定向用人单位支付违约金。
