释义	诉讼公告可以以短信形式告知，也可以以其他形式告知；如果采用短信告知的，需要经过受送达人同意，采用手机短信的方式送达的，以短信到达受送达人特定系统的日期为送达日期。法律依据《民事诉讼法》第八十七条，经受送达人同意，人民法院可以采用传真、电子邮件等能够确认其收悉的方式送达诉讼文书，但判决书、裁定书、调解书除外。采用前款方式送达的，以传真、电子邮件等到达受送达人特定系统的日期为送达日期。
