释义	法律分析：虐待俘虏罪的立案标准是：(一)指挥人员虐待俘虏的(二)虐待俘虏三人以上，或者虐待俘虏三次以上的(三)虐待俘虏手段特别残忍的(四)虐待伤病俘虏的(五)导致俘虏自杀、逃跑等严重后果的(六)造成恶劣影响的(七)有其他恶劣情节的。符合以上七中情形之一的，即构成虐待俘虏罪。构成虐待俘虏的，一般处以不超过三年的有期徒刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百四十八条虐待俘虏，情节恶劣的，处三年以下有期徒刑。
