供热报停需要什么条件？

1、申请供热报停的房屋不存在拖欠供热费用的情况。2、申请报停的房屋需要全部停止供热，不能够部分停止。3、停报之后不能够影响到其他用户的供热。4、采暖设施周边设施都需要自行拆除掉。5、需要按照当地物价局的标准缴纳报停的费用。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国国家标准——城镇供热服务》 第五条 供暖温度：在正常天气条件下，且供热系统正常运行时，供热经营企业应确保用户的卧室、起居室内的供热温度不低于18℃。
