释义	交通违法1344是指机动车违反禁令标志指示，如禁止通行、禁止停车、禁止左转弯、禁止鸣喇叭、限制速度、限制重量等。机动车违反禁令标志指示的，一次记三分，罚款200元。法律依据：《道路交通安全法》第三十八条车辆、行人应当按照交通信号通行；遇有交通警察现场指挥时，应当按照交通警察的指挥通行；在没有交通信号的道路上，应当在确保安全、畅通的原则下通行。第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
