释义	扭送嫌疑人过程中，采取必要的措施造成嫌疑人受伤的，扭送人是不需要承担责任的，如果是超过必要的限度造成损害的，要承担责任。《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十四条，对于有下列情形的人，任何公民都可以立即扭送公安机关、人民检察院或者人民法院处理：(一)正在实行犯罪或者在犯罪后即时被发觉的;(二)通缉在案的;(三)越狱逃跑的;(四)正在被追捕的。
