释义	法律分析：根据我国的民法典规定，代书遗嘱的有效条件一般有以下的3个：1、遗嘱人口述的遗嘱内容，通常会让见证人代替遗嘱人书写遗嘱；2、代书遗嘱时，必须要有2个以上的见证人在场见证，其中1人可以作为代书人；3、代书人、见证人和遗嘱人必须要在遗嘱上签名，并注明具体的年、月、日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
