释义	法律分析: 不存在。在货物运输合同的签订过程中，一般仅由发货人和承运人参与，收货人并不参与缔约过程。但是，收货人一般却享有收取货物的权利，部分收货人还承担着给付运费的义务。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》第八条申请从事客运经营的，应当具备下列条件： (一)有与其经营业务相适应并经检测合格的车辆; (二)有符合本条例第九条规定条件的驾驶人员; (三)有健全的安全生产管理制度。申请从事班线客运经营的，还应当有明确的线路和站点方案。
