释义	法律分析：公房的所有权人是国家或集体，公租房属于国家所有或集体所有。公房承租人只有租住权，没有所有权，不能作为个人财产继承。因此公房承租人死后，公房不能作为承租人的财产进行继承分割，但可以依法由同住人或其他亲属继续承租，实际上即公房承租权的继承。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十二条遗产是自然人死亡时遗留的个人合法财产。依照法律规定或者根据其性质不得继承的遗产，不得继承。
