释义	给孩子上户口只要监护人一方在场就可以了，不是必须父母双方都去。登记户口的时候，需要本人或者其监护人凭借医院出具的《出生医学证明》，还要父母任意一方的居民户口簿、结婚证等证明资料，到当地派出所按照随父随母落户自愿的政策，申请办理常住户口登记。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第七条婴儿出生后一个月以内，由户主、亲属、抚养人或者邻居向婴儿常住地户口登记机关申报出生登记。弃婴，由收养人或者育婴机关向户口登记机关申报出生登记。
