暴力危及飞行安全罪如何处置？

根据我国刑法所规定的暴力危及飞行安全罪，其处罚标准如下：如果行为人对飞行中的航空器上的人员使用暴力，并且该暴力行为是切实危及到飞行安全的，第一，如果尚未造成严重后果的，那么是将会处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；第二，如果切实造成严重后果的，那么将会处五年以上有期徒刑。
