释义	一般情况下，企业不能随意降低工资标准。除非是受疫情影响导致企业生产经营困难的，如果有劳动合同约定或规章制度规定，企业生产经营和劳动者业绩相关，劳动者业绩又和劳动报酬挂钩的，可以依法降低劳动报酬；或者和劳动者协商一致的情况下，可以协商降低。
