入职三天被辞退是正常的嘛？

入职后尚在试用期的员工辞职需提前三天向公司提出，公司要发现员工有相关问题，才可以辞退员工。所以入职三天仍在试用期内，只要公司发现员工有问题，就可以辞退员工。并没有特别的救济途径。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
