释义	劳动者与用人单位协商一致签订劳动合同后，双方必须各执一份劳动合同，不然，劳动者要及时与公司人事部沟通，索要劳动合同书。公司不给的，那么及时反映到劳动局、劳动争议仲裁委员会处理。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第八十一条用人单位提供的劳动合同文本未载明本法规定的劳动合同必备条款或者用人单位未将劳动合同文本交付劳动者的，由劳动行政部门责令改正;给劳动者造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任。
