释义	法律分析: 寄存人可以随时领走保管物。根据法律规定，无论是否提前约定保管期限，都可以随时领取保管物。但是保管人只有在保管期限没有约定或者约定不明确的情况下才能随时请求寄存人领取保管物，若是有约定保管期限，则保管人没有特殊情况不能请求寄存人提前领取。《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百九十九条寄存人可以随时领取保管物。当事人对保管期限没有约定或者约定不明确的，保管人可以随时请求寄存人领取保管物；约定保管期限的，保管人无特别事由，不得请求寄存人提前领取保管物。
