释义	法律分析：刑事拘留,一般是多人间,特殊情况可以是单人间。对涉案的重要嫌疑人,关押在多人间可能会发生危险、发生泄密等等情况的,就采用单人间关押。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十二条拘役的期限，为一个月以上六个月以下。第四十三条被判处拘役的犯罪分子，由公安机关就近执行。在执行期间，被判处拘役的犯罪分子每月可以回家一天至两天;参加劳动的，可以酌量发给报酬。第四十四条拘役的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算;判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。
