释义	法律分析: 留置权和物上请求权的关系是当留置权丧失时，留置权人不可以基于物上请求权请求返还留置物，物上请求权是指当物权的圆满状态受到妨害或有可能发生妨害时，物权人为了使其物权恢复到圆满状态，请求妨害人为一定行为或不为一定行为的权利。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第四百四十七条【留置权的定义】债务人不履行到期债务，债权人可以留置已经合法占有的债务人的动产，并有权就该动产优先受偿。前款规定的债权人为留置权人，占有的动产为留置财产。
