医保报销流程：
（一）本地住院就医
员工生病住院：应在单位缴费所在地医保定点医院住院，住院时需将医保证、医保本直接交到所在医院的医疗保险科，结算时自动报销基本医疗费用。
（二）外地住院就医
因出差或长期在外地工作员工生病：必须是急诊的，可在当地医院住
院治疗，但要在三天之内申报到市医疗保险局监察科。（如非急诊医疗费用不给予报销。）
（三）转诊到外地就医
在单位缴费所在地住院未见效果或医院医生建议转院到外地，必须是指定医院：中心医院和市人民医院，开转诊信和相关检查材料到医疗保险局监察科进行审核，同意后方可转院。

第二十三条 职工应当参加职工基本医疗保险，由用人单位和职工按照国家规定共同缴纳基本医疗保险费。 无雇工的个体工商户、未在用人单位参加职工基本医疗保险的非全日制从业人员以及其他灵活就业人员可以参加职工基本医疗保险，由个人按照国家规定缴纳基本医疗保险费。
第二十八条 符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
